No officialdom — everyone here is on a first-name basis.</p> <p dir="ltr">Requirements:</p> <p dir="ltr">At least 3 years of experience in marketing, including working with digital channels (PPC, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media).</p> <p dir="ltr">Availability of a team of contractors (designer, copywriter).</p> <p dir="ltr">Understanding of the specifics of the telecommunications industry (will be an advantage).</p> <p dir="ltr">Analytical skills and experience with analytical tools to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness.</p> <p dir="ltr">Responsibilities:</p> <p dir="ltr">Increase lead generation and optimise conversions through the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.</p> <p dir="ltr">Manage and set tasks for targeting specialists (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and optimise website/content.</p> <p dir="ltr">Analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing reports and improving strategies.</p> <p dir="ltr">Development and implementation of social media presence strategies (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).</p> <p dir="ltr">Collaboration with the team and other departments to achieve business goals.</p> <p>This position involves checking references from previous employment. </p>
