Systematize chaos — take 500+ scattered processes and build a working machine <br />? Manage distributed teams — coordinate 8-10 people across different time zones <br />? Control execution — from task assignment to result delivery <br />? Handle US compliance — licenses, insurance, taxes, documentation <br />?
